Sina Mohajer – Incoming President
Sina owns Mohajer Law Firm, APC in Arcadia.
Sina Mohajer is the owner of Mohajer Law Firm, APC, a law firm located in Arcadia providing services in Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Worker’s Compensation. Although Sina has only served on the Arcadia Chamber Board since January 2021 as well as the Bylaws and Policies Committee, Sina is enthusiastic in playing a vital role within the Chamber and helping local businesses strive and reach their goals.
When Sina is not in Court fighting for his clients, you will find him spending time with his two beautiful little daughters in various activities.
Christine Zito – Vice President
Christine owns Pure Media Marketing, located in Downtown Arcadia. In 2024 Christine fulfilled a dream of hers in building a Podcast/Talk Studio for people to come and record their shows. You can rent it by going to her website. Having grown up in a small family business Christine experience and witnessed what wrong choices in advertising could cost a small business dearly.
Christine’s vision at Pure Media Marketing is to help small businesses turn their dreams into reality, communicate their purpose clearly, be searchable on the internet, and thrive in their communities.
Tyler Zikuski – Treasurer
As the General Manager of The Derby Restaurant, a 103-year-old Arcadia institution, Tyler is dedicated to preserving its rich history while driving innovation and growth. With a deep passion for hospitality and a keen eye for operational excellence, Tyler oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests while maintaining the timeless charm that has made The Derby a beloved Arcadia landmark.
Beyond the restaurant, Tyler is committed to strengthening the local business community through his involvement with the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce. His leadership focuses on fostering connections, enhancing business development opportunities, and supporting initiatives that contribute to Arcadia’s thriving hospitality scene.
When he’s not at The Derby, Tyler enjoys exploring the latest trends in the restaurant industry, engaging with the local community, and spending time at the beach.
Brooke Perez – Secretary
Brooke is a proud Team Member of Longo Toyota-Lexus and Penske Motor Group. Her position as the Community Relations Manager demonstrates her passion to our surrounding communities. She has been a Team Member for 40 years and loves going to work every day. She has always said the reason is because of the owner, Greg Penske. Brooke’s states, “I never feel I work for Greg Penske, I feel I work with Greg Penske”.
Three things are most important to him – our guests, our Team, and our community.” Brooke enjoys taking on his same business ethic for decades.
One of the ways Longo partners up with non-profits, local schools, and civic groups is by offering the free use of our meeting and conference rooms for their training and meetings.
Brooke is excited and honored to serve on the Executive Board. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Brian Greene – Past President
Brian supervises marketing, business development and community outreach activities for USC Arcadia Hospital (formerly Methodist Hospital of Southern California) in Arcadia, which is a full-service hospital providing high-quality, compassionate care to San Gabriel Valley residents since 1957.
Brian previously served as President of the Arcadia Chamber and also serves as board member with the Santa Anita Family YMCA in Monrovia.
Brian resides in Monrovia with his wife Laura and son Cameron who attends Monrovia High School. Brian is an avid baseball fan and for more than a decade served as a volunteer Little League coach in Arcadia, Monrovia and Sierra Madre. He has also volunteered with St. Rita Catholic School and Alverno Heights Academy, both in Sierra Madre.
